Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Implement and manage Agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to drive efficient and effective project delivery.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, testers, and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and architectures within the BFSI domain.
Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements, design solutions, and oversee development activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.
Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Tool Proficiency:
Experience with project management tools like Rally is a must.
Domain Expertise:
Prior experience working on projects within the BFSI domain, particularly in the credit card industry, is essential.
Familiarity with mainframe and distributed systems is a significant advantage.
Testing Experience:
Previous experience as an E2E Test Manager is a plus.
