Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure the team's adherence to Agile principles.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies, helping to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Remove obstacles and impediments that may affect the team's productivity and success.
Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define project goals, prioritize tasks, and manage the backlog.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products while meeting deadlines and maintaining project scope.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation within the team.
Track and report key metrics such as team velocity, burndown charts, and project status.
Provide leadership and guidance on Agile practices within the BFSI environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Work closely with development teams, QA, and other functional units to deliver incremental releases.
Manage communication and stakeholder expectations to ensure project alignment with business goals.
