· Write clean and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment

· Provide estimates for the work that you will be doing then meet those estimates

· Participate in all required agile ceremonies

· Quickly identify and track down bugs and implement the most effective solution

· Provide input as required to the planning, requirements definition, and design process

for new features

· Provide consistent communication regarding status to both the Engineering and

Business teams

Skills and Competencies/Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or)

· At least 5 years of experience in Android development

· Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages

· Experience working with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools

· Deep understanding of Android architecture patterns, such as MVVM and MVP

· Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other web technologies

· Knowledge of Git version control system

· Knowledge of dependency licensing and its effect on client apps

· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Experience with Play Store publishing and updates is a plus

· Experience leading a team of engineers is a plus
