Solution Design & Architecture:

Design and architect scalable, efficient, and user-friendly Power BI solutions.

Develop data models, reports, and dashboards that meet the business requirements.

Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and organizational standards.

Data Integration:

Collaborate with data engineers to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI.

Develop and manage complex DAX queries and calculations to support business metrics.

Implement data governance and security measures, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Performance Optimization:

Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.

Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.

Implement best practices for data visualization and report design.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Provide guidance and training to end-users and other team members on Power BI features and best practices.

Lead workshops and sessions to gather requirements, showcase solutions, and provide training.

Documentation & Standards:

Document the architecture, data models, and design processes.

Establish and enforce Power BI development standards and guidelines.

Maintain and update documentation as solutions evolve.
