· Conduct thorough stakeholder meeting and gather required information towards driving Broadridge into capability-centric architecture.

· Document business requirements, business capability, process flows, and technical specifications in a clear and detailed manner.

· Understanding of Corporate Action / Proxy/ Interim processing lifecycle

· Define and design target-state capability architecture, business service catalogue which are implementable in selected BPM platform

· Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation)

· Assess business processes, Identify Bottlenecks and define implementable target state

· Analyzing audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.

· Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise.

· Drive continuous improvements of implementation based on customer experiences

· Familiarity in business process optimization and performance improvement.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with very senior stakeholders

· Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation.
