Design, develop, modify, and debug highly complex software systems.
Collaborate with development teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to implement system enhancements.
Prepare and approve system and programming documentation.
Oversee and initiate changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
Provide advanced production support, participate in on-call support rotations, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Perform analysis to resolve recurring system issues and defects.
Write technical documentation to support system changes and project development.
Communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
