- Oversee all assigned tasks through to completion, and adhere to schedules, budgets, and scopes.
- Develop project charters, facilitate kick-off and status meetings, and maintain clear communication about project expectations and roles.
- Conduct regular and formal reviews with both project sponsors and the VA PM.
- Develop and maintain project plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and schedules.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential schedule risks and issues, and manage cost, resources, schedules, and technical challenges.
- Notify VA management of any critical issues and develop project management plans.
- Participate in the development of project standards and procedures.
- Manage approved change orders, track project metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
- At the completion of each project, provide a Project Completion Status Report detailing objectives achieved, project metrics, and stakeholder feedback
