- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, leveraging MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) OR MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js) stack technologies.
- Design and implement custom scoped applications using Creator workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software applications.
- Perform database design, optimization, and management tasks to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval within ServiceNow.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, utilizing RESTful APIs and other integration techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in ServiceNow development and related technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
