Scope:
Looking for candidates with experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), specifically in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, as well as IT Service Management (ITSM). Candidates should have experience integrating third-party tools and a solid understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). While not required, familiarity with Application Portfolio Management (APM) is a plus.

Qualifications:
 Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) required
 Preferred: CAD & CIS - ITOM
