We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building catalogue forms, using ServiceNow API, and managing ServiceNow development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and the ability to implement solutions that meet business needs.
We require candidates to have as many as 3 years' ServiceNow development experience, preferably with ITAM and HRSD experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow catalogue forms and workflows.
- Utilize ServiceNow API to integrate with other systems and automate processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage and execute ServiceNow development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on ServiceNow functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on building catalogue forms and using ServiceNow API.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
