- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system integration.
- Experience in Agile and Scrum project methodologies.
- Strong skills in data analysis, and reporting tools within Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
