JOB DETAIL
Review technology requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, and implement software solutions.
Provide engineering support in the conceptualization, development, implementation, and automation of technical capabilities and products.
Write and implement efficient, maintainable code across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Perform peer reviews on source code to ensure reuse, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in collaborative technical discussions focusing on software user experience, design, architecture, and development.
Demonstrate project features and sub-features to client stakeholders using the latest front-end and back-end development technologies.
Provide production support, troubleshoot production issues, analyze the root cause, and implement fixes.
Analyze user needs and software requirements to assess the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and gather information on project limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
Conduct technical reviews with programmers, technologists, technicians, and other engineering/scientific personnel.
Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
Report any issues to client stakeholders and UST leadership.
