Solution Architect

· Design and architect scalable and secure user profile management and identity management solution

· Implement and integrate identity management tools such as Okta, Auth0, etc.

· Develop and enforce authentication and authorization frameworks

· Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify functional and non-functional requirements

· Provide technical guidance to onshore and offshore development teams

· Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

· Ensure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

· Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvements

· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management and security

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect

· At least 12+ years of industry experience in software engineering

· Proven experience with identity management tools such as Okta, Azure AD, Auth0, etc..

· Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).

· Expertise in designing and implementing RBAC systems

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
