Design and Development skills....will be the Architect, but they only have one Dev...must be capable and WILLING to roll up sleeves.

Design and develop the Salesforce/nCino configuration based on the business requirements.

Prior knowledge and experience with nCino
Experience with Salesforce Lightning is required.
Must be familiar with designing and developing automation with Salesforce automation tools like using flows, process builders, workflows, approval processes, etc.
Must be familiar with creating Architectural Diagrams, strategies, user stories, requirement specifications, defects, training documentation, user manuals, commits, etc.
Must be familiar with the Agile/SCRUM framework
Familiarity with the DevOps process is preferred.
Design and help Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, approval processes, fields, profiles and permissions, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata types, dashboards, and reports, etc
Prior banking or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
