- Administrate ServiceNow with a primary focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) but supporting other critical applications as needed including ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM as well as internally built custom applications or third-party solutions such as Nuvolo and B+S Connects.
- Partner with business to document requirements for enhancements, such as updates to HRSD configuration, new/updated catalog items, notifications, COEs, Services,
- Design, build and test workflows via legacy Workflow Editor and Flow Designer for use with catalog items, integrations, automations, etc.
- Support HR experience via the Employee Center, including widget configuration, content publishing, virtual agent, etc.
- Design and support HR lifecycle events and journeys.
- Create and configure Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACL’s, Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Scheduled Jobs and SLAs.
- Build and schedule reports as well as construct dashboards within platform analytics and legacy reporting modules.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrade and patching efforts, including research of impacts, updating documentation and pre and post upgrade testing.
- Share knowledge and provide training on HRSD with ServiceNow team as well as business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation on HRSD, as well as other areas of the platform as needed.
- Required minimum of four years’ experience with ServiceNow Administration and Development.
- Required minimum of two years’ experience working in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment.
- Required minimum of two years’ experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.
- Required minimum of two years’ experience in medium- to large-size enterprise IT environment.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, SQL.
- Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and consistently deliver work on-time.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and create excellent working relationships across departments and physical locations.
