·        Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow catalogue forms and workflows.

·        Utilize ServiceNow API to integrate with other systems and automate processes.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·        Manage and execute ServiceNow development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

·        Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.

·        Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on ServiceNow functionalities.
