Experience: Proven experience in heterogeneous migrations with Unicode conversion using SWPM and DMO.
S/4HANA Expertise: At least one end-to-end S/4HANA conversion.
Technical Knowledge: Strong BASIS technical knowledge with hands-on experience in installation, upgrades, and global SAP system support.
SAP Products: Familiarity with SAP products like ECC, BW, APO, CRM, Fiori, and Solution Manager.
Database Skills: Deep technical skills in HANA, DB2, and Oracle administration with troubleshooting capabilities.
Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of operating SAP systems in the Cloud (preferably Azure).
OS Experience: Proficiency in SUSE Linux/AIX and Windows server versions.
System Admin: Strong knowledge in performance monitoring, transports, background job setup, support package applications, and system refresh activities.
Archiving Tools: Experience with SAP archiving and knowledge of tools like OpenText and KGS.
Management Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
