This is specific for the Earnix implementation team that is integrating Earnix SaaS solution into Guidewire for pricing of their Home Owners and Specialty insurance products. Preferred to be onsite in San Antonio or Plano. Hybrid for rockstars who meet all the criteria. Long term contract.

What you have:
• Understand pricing domain, rating engine configuration (GW rating or Earnix)
• Knowledge of analytical tools such Python or R
• Experience in data extraction and analysis for Insurance
• Experience designing, developing and implementing pricing strategies

What you’ll do:
• Coordinate between IT and business on strategic integration of Earnix Software
• Develop design for rate order calculation implementation
• Perform design reviews and provide coaching and feedback for Earnix configuration
• Coordinate release activities for pricing rules

Top Skills Details

Experience w/ the Insurance Pricing domain is required
Experience w/ Earnix or other pricing tools (Guidewire) is highly desired
Experience w/ Python, R, or SQL is required

This will help streamline the USAA customer experience and drive down overhead costs for support. This helps Client remain cost effective and innovative in a highly competitive space.

Work Environment

Will assist Kim and other leaders to plan and execute on the modernization journey. Will help build out status reporting, issues, any dependencies or list out risks. 10 Scrum teams on Earnix team. Digital and Earnix implementation work to be done. This group supports the Actuaries and underwriters.
