Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in working as MS SQL Server database administrator and database internals, with strong focus in SQL Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
8+ years in SQL Server database performance tuning along with good understanding of indexing, execution plans, DMV, database storage, database problem identification, problem diagnosis and resolution.
8+ years writing scripts or using leading tools to monitor, perform backup & recovery, and maintenance automation.
Hands on experience in on-prem to cloud migration; hands on experience in creating and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
5+ years of experience in performing code.
5+ years of experience with MS Internet Information Services (IIS) with strong focus on server administration and web applications deployment.
5+ years of experience with creating SSIS packages.
Microsoft Certification in SQL Server Database Administration.
MS SQL Server and Datawarehouse, MS Internet Information Services (IIS), PowerBI and SSAS.
Creating, deploying, and monitoring SSIS packages; good knowledge on maintaining SQL report servers (SSRS).
SQL server encryption; familiar with industry-level best practices for Microsoft SQL Server security standards.
Backup & recovery; expert knowledge of on-prem to cloud migration.
Azure, industry standard server hardware, operating systems, storage, virtualization, and networking technologies.
PowerShell, database source control and continuous integration tools.
RedGate, Tableau and Idera Data Architect tools.
