·         Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce CPQ, Conga Composer, and Conga Sign.

·         Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product rules, pricing structures, and approval workflows.

·         Develop and customize Conga Composer templates for document generation, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration with Salesforce.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and implement system enhancements.

·         Conduct training sessions for users and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.

·         Perform unit testing and ensure solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.

·         Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.

·         Stay up to date with Salesforce and Conga product updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance solutions.

·         Experience with Salesforce configuration, including flows, process builders, custom objects, and permission sets.

·         Strong understanding of CPQ processes such as pricing rules, product bundling, discounting, and approval workflows.

·         Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week
