Define, document and implement business, technical, and functional requirements.
Model, implement and optimize business processes.
Support business users in their modeling and application use.
Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities.
Oversee creation of application test scripts and work with developers to ensure scripts are updated and maintained during development, unit testing, and UAT testing during a project's lifecycle.
Oversee production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, preparing and managing the project plan, and recommending solutions.
Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Coordinate development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors.
Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible solutions, work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are being met.
Complete documentation for business requirements which guide application development efforts, working closely with the Development team and Business teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
Work with team members to provide ongoing support to manage application SLA's, resolve problems and fulfill service requests that do not require application.
Examine highly complex data from multiple sources crossing departmental boundaries in which results are not predictable.
Support integration layer between multiple systems.
