The Consultant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

a.         Developing custom workflows using the Microsoft Power Automate platform.

b.         Maintain assigned systems in accordance with DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements.

c.         Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities.

d.         Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex.

e.         Develop scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration.

f.          Adherence to policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibility.

g.         Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.

h.         Maintain documentation on all work products.

i.          Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher or Oracle Reports.

PREFERED ABILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE

a.         Experience with Oracle Database products version 11 and above.

b.         Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports version 10G or higher.

c.         Experience with Oracle APEX 4.0 and above.

d.         Experience troubleshooting.

e.         Oracle Certified

f.          Microsoft power automate developer certification
