- 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Extend Developer.
- Hands-on Workday Extend experience.
- Agile environment experience, building solutions and tracking associate performance.
- Workday Extend Certification (highly preferred).
- API development experience for system integration.
- Software development experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Team Size: 8 members (including 2 contractors)
- Initiative: Developing a Compensation Application focused on Incentive Management using Workday Extend.
- This involves building functionality within Workday, configuring it to manage and calculate incentives for associates.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Integrating internal data with Workday Extend.
- Developing and enhancing the Incentive Management System.
- Proof of concept development to ensure accurate incentive calculations.
- Collaborating with the Agile team for continuous improvement.
