- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in project management, product management, and/or leadership in technology roles.
- Strong understanding of the FinTech industry, with a proven track record of building and launching products through the product lifecycle.
- Experience with GenAI product development and delivery in regulated industries.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Ability to influence and drive leadership to adopt new technologies and approaches.
- Ability to read and understand complex business contracts and collaborate with legal and R&D teams.
