Project Management:
• Leads project team of both internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of conversions and related data validation activities.
• Ensures that assigned project activities and deliverables are completed on-time, within scope and within budget
• Proactively manages resource plan to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develops and maintains detailed conversion components of project plans to track activities and report progress
• Produces regular status reports that are audience appropriate to communicate with the project team, PMO, sponsors and steering committee
• Uses appropriate verification techniques to track, manage and communicate changes in project scope, schedule and costs on a timely basis
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths
• Works with business stakeholders, IT, and project team to prioritize activities and deliverables based on agreed scope and requirements
• Measures and communicates project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Reviews and updates RAID log on a regular basis with focus on proactively mitigating integration and conversion risks, addressing issues and escalates to management as needed
• Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors during project execution
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation as assigned by the CIS Project Manager
