Client has made it clear they need candidates who have current core development work with PL/SQL.   

Client will be looking for a candidate who can do the core development on applications and handle packages, procedures, etc.  Candidates MUST be able to discuss where they have done Custom Development WITHOUT using Informatica, Cognos, etc.
