We are seeking a talented Node.js Developer to join our team in Orlando, FL for a 6+ month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem, and be passionate about building scalable and efficient web applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Node.js applications using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Integrate with various back-end and front-end technologies.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Node.js development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem.
- Experience with popular Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular).
