7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, with a focus on the Procurement Management Module and Case Management. –

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other related modules. –

Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems. –

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation. –

Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.-

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
