• Data Analysis through SAS
• Expert-level experience in creating visualization and dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Public.
• Experience in configuring reports from different data sources using data blending.
• Experience in SQL server, writing reports, data extraction, queries, and stored procedures using SQL.
• Good knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC), Scrum agile, implementation, and user support and maintenance.
• Experience working with internal and external clients with SLA.
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements and designs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently and in a team.
• Experience in handling meetings with stakeholders and providing them with feedback and timelines.
