JOB DETAIL

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including significant experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows, including the ability to design, implement, and optimize flow automation.
  • Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified App Builder.
  • Desired certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementation and customization.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
