We are seeking an ETL Tester for our team with 8 to 12 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Glue, ETL Validation, Power BI, and Power BI Testing.
This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work effectively in a day shift.
The candidate will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
810 complaint and US Citizen/Green card holder
Lead the design and implementation of ETL processes using AWS Glue to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Oversee the validation of ETL processes to ensure data is correctly transformed and loaded.
Provide expertise in Power BI to create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
Conduct thorough testing of Power BI reports to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data projects.
Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and reporting solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data analysis and reporting.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and geospatial analysis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and tools.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications
Possess strong experience in AWS Glue and ETL Validation.
Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI and Power BI Testing.
Have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions
