The ServiceNow Developer engages in various platform configuration and development activities.
Admin and development responsibilities span multiple modules and applications, including ITSM, HR, ITAM, SecOps, and the CMDB. While responsibilities can span the entire platform, the primary focus is on building ITSM solutions and maximizing ServiceNow value for the business. The ServiceNow Developer works as part of a team to deliver value in a large, complex, fast-paced environment.
The ServiceNow team is responsible for all facets of support, administration, configuration, and development.
This includes responding to complex customer needs, maintaining security, providing continuity, and ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to support organizational goals.
Reporting Structure and Work Setting: The ServiceNow Developer reports to the Manager of ServiceNow Development.
This position also works collaboratively with all support and engineering teams within the company.
