1. A good understanding of the FERC Accounting guidelines
2. Strong ability to interpret FERC regulations and ensure compliance within the financial system?s architecture. Should have a good integration knowledge to understand how processes in other areas, especially in Controlling, can impact FERC reporting
3. A very solid understanding of Chart of Accounts, Ledgers and general FI/CO configurations
4. Experience implementing FERC and FI/GL, preferably in Utilities.
