- Project Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of Guidewire projects, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Guidewire architecture, components, and best practices.
- Guidewire Development: Actively participate in the development process, contributing to design, coding, and testing activities.
- Domain Knowledge: Leverage your expertise in P&C Personal Property Insurance to effectively address business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Coaching and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

- Guidewire Expertise: Proven experience in Guidewire implementations, including hands-on experience with Guidewire Integrator, Configurator, and other core components.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Guidewire development, including Java, XML, and SQL.
