JOB DETAIL

  • Provide L1/L2 support, resolving user inquiries and handling production incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Tidal job failures and production incidents.
  • Collaborate with vendors to support various applications in the market operations space.
  • Support disaster recovery (DR) flips and coordinate efforts across teams.
  • Work with business users to run reports and query databases for data reviews.
  • Document and maintain support knowledge in Confluence.
  • Assist in user access reviews, audit reviews, and IDM (Identity Management) reviews.
  • Support applications involved in settlement, collateral, and regulatory reporting, as well as derivatives products.
  • Multitask and manage several ongoing issues simultaneously.
