Data Architect

Extensive years of experience in relevant data architecture roles; possess broad and deep expertise in insurance data strategy and architecture.
Working experience with organizations with multiple entities operated globally is preferred.
Understanding of data mesh concepts and applicability to support multi entity architecture.
Understanding of federated governance approaches to support multi entity model
Develop AI models and solutions that address business needs and challenges.
Continuously improve AI models' performance and scalability.
Hands-on experience with architecture and design with:
- Azure cloud platform environment
- Big data technologies
- Unstructured data management
- Container & Orchestration platforms
- Relational databases and structured query languages
- Microservices
- Integration and ETL/ELT technologies
- Data management and analytics
- Reference & Master Data Management
- Access control and security
- Effective management and leadership skills with the ability to influence department’s strategy
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle change
- Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
- Knowledge and active use of Agile, SCRUM and Continuous Delivery

Machine Learning, AI, LLM knowledge, especially on how to apply the concepts and capabilities.
Message queues, streaming technologies, and event driven architecture.

We seek an experienced architect with following responsibilities:

Understand user requirements (desired output & outcome) and existing environments (current state), and translate these into an architecture roadmap.
Guide the full lifecycle of a Solution, including:
- Understand the Business Capabilities that are required and translate this to Technical Capabilities and Solution Architecture
- Assist the customer (and business solutions analysts) to define and declare non-functional requirements for building out solution capabilities.
- Document solution interactions and relationships, along with basic infrastructure and application onboarding requirements
- Ensure security by design to meet Information Security policies, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
- Be hands on to demonstrate tools, patterns, security, performance, scalability, etc. in a lab environment when necessary.
- Participate in the definition of adoption and experience metrics for the solution to measure the success of the solution
- Present architecture decisions, explain the end-to-end solution, educate others how they can contribute, and provide guidance on tool usage
- Act as a strategic advisor to management
- Contribute to the development of the Strategic Architecture
- Understand & be able to communicate business problems & technical solutions in appropriate terminology and ability to influence across business lines

Key Responsibilities will also include:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of delivery professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliveries meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for delivery projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, delivery performance, and client satisfaction.
