Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of Guidewire developers, both on-shore and off-shore, to achieve project goals.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Motivate team members and address any performance issues promptly.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess a deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter architecture, components, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex issues and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest Guidewire developments and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.

Project Delivery:

• Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Team Development:

• Identify training and development needs for team members and provide opportunities for growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to help team members improve their skills.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

Domain Expertise:

• Possess a strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Personal Property Insurance domain.
• Apply domain knowledge to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
