Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of N Cino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- 12 - 15 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred), or equivalent certifications.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and advanced reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
