-Collaborate with cloud migration teams to design, implement, and optimize AWS and Azure solutions for infrastructure and enterprise applications.
-Participate in the integration of IoT/ITS technologies with AWS and on-premises systems, contributing to the department's Intelligent Transportation Management initiatives.
-Provide architectural designs for hybrid environments to support transportation management systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
-Assist with the documentation of logical and physical designs following MassDOT policies, standards, and patterns.
-Support ongoing efforts to modernize on-premises systems, with a focus on effective data flow and system integration between transportation management and cloud-based services.
-Participate in design reviews, cloud roadmap discussions, and project planning efforts with cross-functional teams.
-Assist in drafting technical requirements and ensuring adherence to MassDOT's cloud governance and security policies.
-Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure that the cloud environments are appropriately configured and optimized.
-Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on product selection, integrations, and deployments, particularly in relation to IoT/ITS solutions.
-Stay informed about the latest in cloud, IoT, and ITS technologies to bring innovative ideas to
