• Meeting with business to understand their needs, leading joint application design sessions to gather business and functional requirements
• Generating detailed process flows, documenting existing and to-be business processes clearly and concisely
• Create detailed and interactive Graphical User Interface (GUI) mock-ups
• Writing Business and Functional Requirement Documents
• Creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Creating Test plan and test scripts to be used for system testing, including test data requirements
• Execute system testing, following test scripts, and documenting results
• Provide detailed explanation of bugs encountered during System Test, reporting them in a timely manner
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, by creating scripts, setting up the environment, training the users who will be executing the test
• Provide post implementation support to end users, potentially creating training documents, manuals, demonstrations
