Overall 10+ Years of experience and min of 5+ years relevance in Netcracker BSS and OSS

Experience in technical program management, preferably in telecom domain.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

�         Act as SPOC for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

�         Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

�         Provide technical guidance and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Manage resources effectively to ensure project success.

�         Handling the project teams with onsite ? offshore model.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications can be a plus.
