JOB DETAIL

 

• 7+ Years of end-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience is required including Core HCM, Recruiting, Advance Compensation & Talent Management. Hands-on configuration experience must have.
• Experience with at least 4 functional areas within the Workday suite of applications (HCM, Basic and Advance Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning)
• Must have knowledge and experience about latest offerings from Workday and be able to apply those features/functionalities to company specific business processes
• Skills and implementation experience to Workday Security must have.
• Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develop plans to mitigate.
