·        Project Management: Lead end-to-end project delivery for SAP-related technology and security workstreams. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution to ensure timely and successful project completion.

·        Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication between business and IT teams, and addressing any concerns or escalations promptly.

·        Technology and Security Oversight: Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP technical landscapes, including infrastructure, data security, user access management, and compliance with industry standards.

·        Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP functional/technical consultants, cybersecurity professionals, and infrastructure teams, to achieve project goals.

·        Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project timelines, security, and technology, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

·        Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resource forecasts, and vendor relationships, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.

·        Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and security compliance documents.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·        10+ years of SAP project management experience, with a focus on technology and security workstreams.

·        Proven experience managing SAP projects in construction or railroad industries is highly preferred.

·        Deep understanding of SAP technical infrastructure, including HANA, BASIS, and SAP security solutions (e.g., GRC, IDM).

·        Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles and experience implementing SAP security controls.

·        Experience with SAP cloud migration or S/4HANA upgrades is a plus.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.

·        PMP or SAP certification is preferred.
