Life Sciences customer based out of the West Coast who recently went live with S/4HANA 2020. The customer is working thru a large list of Hypercare issues and the current AMS partner doesn’t have the necessary bandwidth to quickly resolve issues.

The ask is for PLM functional and technical resources who can make an impact and reduce the number of open incidents.

The future opportunity after this is an upgrade project that is running in parallel and will need additional resource to execute test scripts.

The knowledge gained during the Hypercare support process will come in handy during future test cycles.

There is enough work to go around; we can look at onboarding 2-4 resources (Functional & Technical).
