The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will work closely with the Architect and Lead Engineers to configure, customize, and develop applications within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements. The role involves hands-on development and configuration, adhering to technical standards, and preparing documentation for system releases and go-live events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and develop solutions for IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Core, Hardware Asset Management (HAMP), and Software Asset Management (SAMP) modules.
• Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with organizational objectives and that technical standards are followed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the ITAM space.
• Prepare technical documentation and support release/go-live activities.
Skills Required:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Core, HAMP, and SAMP.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management, hardware/software tracking, and license compliance.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to successful platform releases.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
