JOB DETAIL

  • 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a proven track record of success in implementing complex CRM solutions.
  • Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred) or minimum of Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certified Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with the entire Salesforce.com product suite, including Lightning Connect, Force.com, Wave Analytics, Service/Sales/Marketing/HR Clouds, Communities, and App Exchange.
  • Expertise in release management and continuous integration tools such as GitHub and Copado.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams on new and existing Salesforce projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders (business users, developers, operations) and external vendors.
  • Proven ability to manage projects using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in integration architecture, database design, and information/data management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and architectural design for new and ongoing Salesforce initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in Salesforce functionalities to optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee release management processes and ensure smooth deployments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities.
