10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a proven track record of success in implementing complex CRM solutions.
Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred) or minimum of Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certified Consultant.
Hands-on experience with the entire Salesforce.com product suite, including Lightning Connect, Force.com, Wave Analytics, Service/Sales/Marketing/HR Clouds, Communities, and App Exchange.
Expertise in release management and continuous integration tools such as GitHub and Copado.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams on new and existing Salesforce projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders (business users, developers, operations) and external vendors.
Proven ability to manage projects using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in integration architecture, database design, and information/data management is a plus.
