JOB DETAIL

  • Program Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the SAP ERP program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP modules, including HANA, ABAP, Asset Accounting, Project System, Grant Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Capital Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure efficient delivery of SAP functionalities.
  • Project Management:
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, change management, and governance.
  • Technical Oversight & Optimization:
  • Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP modules to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Provide technical oversight and direction to internal SAP teams and external consultants, ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices.
  • Lead performance monitoring and tuning initiatives, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP-related initiatives, effectively communicating with senior management, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service-level agreements.
  • Training & Support:
  • Develop and execute training programs to build SAP proficiency across the organization.
  • Provide support and guidance to end-users, addressing system issues and ensuring continuous improvement of SAP functionalities.
