Day to day responsibilities:

• Handling escalations from the run team
• Assisting in ongoing MDM-related projects

 Current outstanding items in addition to supporting the run team:

• Implementing HTTPS on our MDM server
• Assisting in mass update of relationships for onboarding of new customers from S4
• Updates to a custom Match process
• Experience with IDMC, particularly migration of on-prem to SaaS is a plus
