Design, develop, and enhance ABAP LSMW programs in SAP ECC.

Advise on existing standard and custom LSMW programs to minimize redundant effort.

Collaborate with functional and business analyst teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participate in full project life cycles, from analysis and design through to implementation and support.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing ABAP LSMW programs.

Optimize performance of existing programs and ensure best coding practices are followed.

Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing.

Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience in SAP Data Services, sap migration cockpit, LSMW, BPA. Proven experience as an SAP Data Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP LSMW development.

Proficiency in SAP data platforms such as SAP Data Services, SAP migration cockpit, LSMW, BPA, RFC, MDG

Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data warehousing principles, and ETL processes, with experience in designing and implementing data models and ETL workflows.

Experience with SQL, SAP HANA SQL Script for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

Familiarity with data quality management tools and techniques, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to work with a distributed team and attend meetings/discussions over the phone without connectivity issues.

Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
