Assist RM team to prepare for software release-related activities such as release convergence, change management and risk management, legal code compliance
Assist on improving process and procedure in the team.
Prepare for release retrospectives.
Measure and analyze data for release key performance indicators.
Project Management
Essential Skills:
Experience in Semiconductor industry? Hands-on JIRA/Confluence admin skills or another Project management tool
Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate reports
Technical/ software background (Comp Sci, Engineering or other technical degree)
Very good communication and teamwork skills (for effective JIRA follow up)
Reporting experience
Detail-oriented and reliable. Well-organized. Results-motivated and quick learner
Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA? Software development experience in a large team environment
